I assume they like to state 60°C as a threshold...

I assume they like to state 60°C as a threshold for cases where people use PETG which may distort at the fittings around this temperature (especially the 10/12mm tube size).

Running the D5 pump should work fine, it uses the same connectors as the XD5. As for the probe, you have additional inlet/outlet ports - you should be able to use the sensor on one of those.

I only upgraded (not reinstalled ICUE) and did the RAM firmware update. With full software control for the RAM, I sit between 1~2% CPU usage on my 9900k with 5 layers of lighting effects for the RAM....

That's how CorsairGreg explained it worked (the wizard) and moving my probe off thermal port 1 prevented my setup from detection I had a Hydro X setup.
