  1. Thank you ! The Blue Halo Ring proved too bright for most of the time i have PC on for me so made a light diffuser for it and added a corsair centerpiece to it as well to it ...
  2. I decided before i bought it that front of the Corsair One needed something i little pzazz me being me can always come up with something interesting I wanted something that would light up blue to go along with case normal colors Iron Man Arc Reactor somehow came to mind ... Found a design on thingaverse to get me started modified it and added stuff to suit my style... It works uses automotive blue halo headlight... I 3-D printed in it 7 parts painted it and i installed it like overall look though it's not for everyone ....
  3. Thank you i got it working just had to install Asus Aura program worked like a charm after that ...
  4. Thanks !! O i had them saved ready to pull the trigger in my cart i just happen to find Amd mount design on thingaverse before i ordered so i figured i give it a shot first and it worked great ...
  5. I bought this for the form factor Corsair well done ! I like being different and since i got such a great deal on my particular one since it was the lowest spec'd Corsair One Corsair has made from first generation. My goal was to do a bit of an Ryzen Budget build and overall I think I succeeded as between what i paid for the one + parts i needed for conversion i am in it slightly less than $1,100 total ... Probably the hardest thing about the whole build was someone from the factory over torqued the screw over the front m.2 drive cover it took over an hour & trying so many screw drivers and bits to find perfect one that would not strip screw out to instal drive. Big Thanks to TTB Studios on Thingaverse for designing perfect mount for Corsair cooler mount for AMD board and allows the use of some of the originals mounting system from old board to new board. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3179995 The Asus ROG Strix X470-I Board lined up very well with the overall positioning of cables components in the case. Parts added over stock: AMD Ryzen 1700x CPU Asus ROG Strix X470-I MB Corsair ML140 PRO LED 140mm Magnetic Levitation Fan Blue Corsair SF 600 600 Watt PSU G.skills 32Gb 2400mhz Ram Product Image View 0Product Image View 1 intel 660p 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe ( Still waiting on blue led halo rings to get here for something i 3D modeled printed and painted for front of case) as price comes down will probably do slight upgrade to 2700x and higher clock speed ram...if i can't get front panel led light bars to work will model something to replace them with ...Well enough talkie on with a few pic's ...
  6. I just finished upgrading changing over corsair one to a ryzen 7 build everything working great but my front panel led lights don't come on at all is using a asus strix x470-i board is there a better spot than other to plug them into board ??
  7. you guys are getting me pumped to do my swap ! ... I am doing a different type of swap an AMD budget swap ...I got a first gen lowest model corsair one very cheap on ebay .. got rog strix x470-i motherboard 1700x cpu, 32gb g.skill ram intel 1tb m.2 boot drive upgrade corsair fan jay's2cents mentioned and corsair sf600 watt psu also designing, 3d printing, painting, an adornment for front of case. I don't game much if at all on my pc's anymore so 1070 card is fine for now ...
  8. Thanks for that installed HW Monitor and MB Temp high is 42 C which makes much more sense ... I was not able to install Corsair Link on this PC every time i did it stated " Installation package not compatible with system" ....
  9. I just got this last week have had know issues with it yet download speccy to check some things out and motherboard is seriously overheating !! anyone else have this issue ??
