first you un-support the original commander and leave it on corsair link, making me replace it with a commander pro and now you are unsupporting my h115i in corsair icue 4, this is my last straw with this company. I bought the LS100 and returned it, very dim and the software link between whats shown screen keeps breaking, cheap product with high margins. This whole sitaution just adds insult to injury, the icue drivers weren't that good to begin with and their solution seems to be to just not support products that aren't even that old, my decision at this point is just not to support this company.

I have the same issue since I have a gsync HDR display, to get these games to work you have to turn off gsync and/or HDR. I heard they are able to replicate this issue with gsync but HDR is probably a whole other animal. As the product has been out since fall of last year and these issues are just being addressed you may find it in your best interest to return it back to amazon.

you could try to do this, so far it looks like its helping me not restart icue so often, I'll keep you posted

I cant get video lighting to work with BFV at all no matter if I disable gsync or not, the thing just goes black or displays the last state of my desktop. Was this thing even tested before release?

unfortunately that just seems like the corsair icue way, unless you're already in the corsair ecosystem of products return it for a nzxt hue or something. the value we get from the LS100 is that at least all this **** is consolidated in one buggy app instead of multiple RGB apps.

no response? ryzen third gen has been out for almost 3 months now, you might want to state you only support intel if you won't even allow for a simple PWM control based on the package temp of the processor.

any word on when this will be updated? I have a h115i and I use icue software for custom curve on the fan.
