I have checked connections and have even swapped out power to one I know is working 100%. The pump is still spiking and when I start a game it handles it for a minute or two before the temps start...

For me, buying the i9 was a mistake. I feel like I have gone back to my old red hot AMD days. My biggest reason for swapping over to intel was because they ran ice cold compared to AMD.

Thanks. Yes I tried that but the fan controls from the actual unit are in percentages and the fans controlled by commander are measured in rpm, making it near impossible to get them exact.
