Wow, Corsair... Thank you so much for such a great CX experience. I put in an RMA request for my M60 mouse and within 2 days it's at my door in Canada AND.... It's an upgrade to the M65! Outstanding....

Why would that be an issue? Just go through the RMA process, get the advanced RMA and send your broken headset back in the same packaging they send the replacement headset in.

Exchange it for a new one or go through the dreaded RMA process. Sounds like you got a dead headset, especially considering it's missing some packaging, never a good sign.
