32bit Windows can only see 3-3.5GB. 64bit can see all but some software are not compatible to run in 64....

I have also cross tested all 4 sets of Corsair XMS2 6400 Twin2x on other DDR2-800 compatible boards for 24hr memtest & 20-22hr Prime95 & SuperPi, they are in 100% working condition based on SPD...
