I logged a hardware fault on 16th July, I received the following e-mail:

I have heard nothing further.
It's been over 2 business days.
I am unable to create an account on help.corsair.com. No matter what details I try to put in, I get "Please fix the following, then resubmit:", but nothing shows up as incorrect, and I'm certain I'm following all the password requirements, etc.
