I also imagine that when...

Corsair is still selling the cooling kit

Please explain to us Ram Guy why Corsair is still selling the cooling kit when Corsair has announced that it is EOL and that you can't ever get another cooling node by itself?

It seems to me...

RamGuy,

I don't know but the fans on the H100 could be Corsair fans. Look at the top of his case. Only one fan is spinning. His other fans do look like 3rd party fans though.

The Link will work well with the H100 if you use the fans from Corsair that come with the H100. Any other fans are hit or miss. It sort of controls my GT AP-15s. I can get it to control a 1000 RPM...

Many places (Frozen CPU) sell rubber fan gaskets that mount between the fan and whatver it is mounted to. Is that what you are talking about or are you talking about something else?

You can try to leave the Link unpowered and your computer as well (unplug from the wall) overnight. Sometimes that helps clear things.

I would check the connections from the H100 to the Link. It is a really small plug and often hard to connect properly. If it was connected to the Link, you shouldn't be able to change the profile...

I should have been more clear. It would be nice to use the Link to control the GPU's fan speed based on it's temp. Like EVGA's Precision X's fan curve.
