  1. Checking back in and I am still getting blue screens. I am wits end here with this pc. Something is definitely defective. Could be a piece of hardware being that I received blue screens day 1 going forward. I don't know what else to do. I never had computer issues like this in my lifetime. I need help possibly by a corsair professional technician or customer service. I have proof of purchase and all. I want to add my blue screen error codes for further investigation and help as mentioned by R3dbaron but not exactly sure which lines I need to post. Fyi I did a windows memory Diagnostic test today and came back with no errors detected in event viewer so that rules out faulty ram sticks.
  2. Another blue screen today turning on the device. I think I need help with blue screen codes. Seems like a shut down/ boot up issue :(:
  3. I noticed a significant increase in time on the system boot up and system shutdown yesterday 6/21/2021 after the bios updated almost immediately. A Good difference. Bios shows 2CA. I completed all updates on my rig 6/22/2021. I made sure my Gigabyte 3080 card bios and driver were also updated. I enabled resize bar in click bios. All features are enabled and confirmed. I will play Cyberpunk 2077 and a few other games to see what happens. Side NOTE: I want to add that the completed updates does not confirm my issues were resolved after the updates. I am currently using the system as normal and hoping to not encounter blue screens again or as frequent as before. If I continue to encounter issues, I will come back and report my status. I still don't know what was causing the bluescreens beforehand and has me stumped if not feel defeated.
  4. I can confirm "Ctrl + Alt + T" worked. Thank you for this. I HOPE this will be a start in the right direction. I feel for everyone who is experiencing this issuer with these expensive rigs. I will continue to troubleshoot. Thanks again and good luck.
  5. I came here because I have been experiencing blue screens since I first powered on the device. I am unsure what is causing the blue screens. I first noticed when using the CORSAIR Diagnostics app. I did trouble shooting but nothing fixes it. My Bios is 2.CO but I see a new bios version on the corsair site @ 2CA but Bios gives me a message and will not let me proceed with a flash. Pretty weird as I was able to flash my previous PC flawlessly. I am not sure what to do and unsure how to even go about this. I purchased the Corsair Vengeance i7200 with a 3080 10gen i9 10850k. I feel the same as OP. I received mine on April 3rd and I am sad as this was a very expensive piece of equipment that must last me another 4 years min or at least out live my previous pc that I handed down to my kid. I replaced my 1070gtx i7 for this and never ever had these issues for 4 years. It's pretty scary to be honest as this was my most expensive purchase for an electronic device. Wish someone can wave a wand and free me from purchase return anxiety. Pc still runs and plays games but blue screens happen when I am not gaming. Usually when I shut down or boot up. Something will get ruined eventually. I hope not. Help.
  6. Hello, Short story, In your mouse options in ICUE, Turn off "Enable Button Response Optimization" in Surface Calibration (I use Icue 4) Long story, So I had a few Gaming mice, all from Corsair in the past and even now. I have the Iron claw, Iron Claw wireless, Dark core and now the Saber Pro Champ edition. I noticed when I moved to Icue 4, my mice started to left click on its own when I would lift the mouse up and place it down ever so slightly while gaming. Annoying during gaming because it pretty much cancels out your movement when it left clicks on its own as you adjust the mouse due to space. Imaging playing an FPS like this! The reason I am making this thread is because I have read a few other threads on here and reddit without answers with the same issue. Some mods even telling users to exchange the mouse as this is not normal behavior. It isn't. Please have the support team report this as a bug in their Icue software. Turning this option off prevents this from happening. Until it's clear to everyone, it is considered a bug and should be looked into as I am sure it's costing Corsair and other companies money in returns due a simple option. Hope this helps anyone that is experiencing this issue without an answer. None of my Mice are showing symptoms when this option is turned off. Let me know if this helped you.
  7. Try this,. I had this issue but with my esc key. the below link helped me fix my issues. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1026655#post1026655

  9. Try this. It worked for me. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1026651&postcount=9
  10. UPDATE: (12/7/19) SOLVED I skipped the quick uninstall and reinstall by doing a Full Clean install using the following Link on Corsair's ICue's help section.https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Performing-a-Clean-Reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE- A full Clean install has solved the issue which leads me to believe the issue only happens when updating ICue's software from previous Version. I am even using my existing saved ICUE profiles with no issues or symptoms. Recommendations: * Download latest version of ICUE on Corsair's Website https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads *Export your profiles in ICUE to a safe location to your computer. *Do a full clean Uninstall/INSTALL. *Using the ICUE software after reinstalling ICUE, Import your ICUE profiles and force update all connected devices. All issues are gone. Hope this helps anyone with the issues above. WORKED for me using K68 RGB
  11. I am experiencing This exact issue. You and I have the same symptoms! Same buttons same everything. I click ESC one time and it double left clicks. Oddly enough I tried it on the folder and it opens two windows. That is how I determined the amount of clicks it does. Right now I am running the keyboard without the ICue software running and all issue are gone. I know this has something to do with the Latest version of ICUE 3.22.74. Ever since this update, I have been experiencing said above. This latest release feels like an Internal Test Version for some reason. I think Corsair needs to recheck this release and send us an Update Asap. Recap, ICUE V3.22.74 running: Symptoms ESC KEY PRESSED ONCE ALSO ACTIVATES A 2X LEFT MOUSE CLICK. ICUE SOFTWARE OFF: No SYMPTOMS. I turned ICUE V3.22.74 back on. SYMPTOMS Return on Clean default profiles and on previous profiles. I did a soft reset on the keyboard. Problems persist. I forced installed current version V3.22.74 of ICUE ; Problems persist. I am going to unstill ICUE V3.22.74 and install from Fresh. Update to follow. (12/7/19)
