  1. I have Dark Core RGB SE mouse and Void Pro Wireless headset. Those are great products, but the biggest problem is that these products won't tell user when their battery is going to be critical e.g. two hours of playing time remaining on that device. Nowadays the last thing I do I have to check the battery levels so if the battery is going to be low then I will plug it to charge (for overnight), but then there is those nights when I don't remember to check those levels and then mouse or headset might turn off on the next gaming session and then I have to find the cable and wait until device startups (= death in the game). I also don't want to put everything for charge for every night (And I didn't buy wireless devices so that I can use those with wires.). Corsair is making more and more battery operated devices. It would be nice if they would add some sort of "low battery warning" overlay notification to iCUE (overlay warning would appear briefly on the screen even on to of the game, so gamer would know that soon his device X will be out of power). It could also have some selection on the device settings that it could be turned off if user don't wan't to see those overlay warnings. What do you think? Anybody else having same issues with not knowing when the batteries are going to end on some device?
  2. I had similar problem couple of months ago with my K70 LUX. Restarting or shutting down computer didn't fix it, but I found that after I shut down computer and then switched off power from computer power supply and then waited some time it fixed the problem.
  3. It seems that you have some dust under the Y-key that is blocking the light from RGB-led. RGB leds are very small and they have three light sources (red, green and blue) build beside each other. So even very small dust particle can block light from one of the colors. I suggest that you use some dust off spray to get that dust away from rgb-led.
  4. I have the same problem. It seems than when I start/restart computer that 15 minutes inactivity timer is working correctly but then after couple of days computer usage (with many times putting computer to sleep) mouse starts to sleep after one minute inactivity. Off course shorter sleep duration saves battery, but this mouse has so slow wakeup (compared to competitors mouses) that it sometimes drives me crazy (e.g. writing something for minute or two, then I have to do something with mouse, but mouse sleeps already so I have to either move mouse rapidly all over the mousepad or push button and wait that second or two so it will wakeup and starts to work) This problem appeared after updating to latest v3.35 firmware. Also with this newest firmware it seems that when I put computer to sleep then sometimes mouse doesn't go to sleep. Instead mouse goes to HW profile and starts changing colors. This won't happen every time, I would say it only happens once in 5 to 10 sleeps. I think that I didn't have this problem with that older firmware.
