  1. Yep. Tried removing Link4 first then installing iCUE and also tried leaving Link4 installed then installing iCUE. It was working perfectly before I installed windows on a new drive.
  2. I managed to solve this. I bought one of these and trimmed the black rubber part you provide enough clearance. https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00WT3NNBY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  3. Yep all the motherboard drivers are installed. They are detected by Windows. I removed iCUE again and installed Link4, this allowed me to control the H100i but not the RAM of course.
  4. I have just built a new PC in a Phanteks Evolv Shift Air Case. This case requires that the motherboard I/O faces up instead of towards the back the case. Because of this I mounted the CPU block for the H80i a 90 degrees to where it would normally be mounted, which is fine for the mount, but the problem I have is the USB port on the side of the CPU block. There is only about 10mm between the block and the RAM and as this is a mini-ITX system, there are only two slots. I've ordered a couple of different USB cables, one angled up and the other right (opposite the the one that comes with the cooler). The up angled one doesn't fit, the plastic part of the connector alone is 11mm so it's too long. the other cable hasn't arrived yet. Any other ideas? At the moment I can't control the cooling which is concerning me a little.
  5. Hello, I have just replaced the hard drive in my PC and performing a clean install of Windows 10. Installed iCUE but it's not detecting the H100i V2 or the Vengeance Pro RGB RAM in the system. My system is the following spec Intel Core i7 7700k CPU 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB RAM MSI X270 PC Mate motherboard Crucial 2.5" 240GB SSD Corsair H100i V2 AIO I found an article on the Corsair website that suggested there is a conflict with MSI Mystic Light, so I uninstalled that and rebooted but it made no difference. I then removed iCUE, rebooted and reinstalled it with the same result. Device manager is showing the Corsair USBXp Driver and the Corsair composit virtual device. I checked these were removed when iCUE was uninstalled and they were. I've also tried uninstalling them and letting the system reinstall them with iCUE installed. None of this has worked. I am stumped. This was working perfectly before I changed the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. Any ideas?
  6. I've just installed this on my MacBook Pro 2016 and since installing it my Shiit Modi3 DAC no longer works. Audio through the in-built speakers or through the Thunderbolt monitor but not through the Modi 3.
