On my ASUS a8v the multiplyer does not exceed 11. Would that be an indication that i do not have the agp locks?

It is on a sticker on the box. Mine is revision 1.02 also. The situation about the AGP/PCI lock however is unclear.

I researched the PCI/AGP lock problem. Does anyone now how one can tell whether his a8v is among the ones that can lock?

I have a similar set-up but with an 3500+ 64 AMD and a single Raptor. However, my SisSandra memory bandwidth score does even make to 5900, compared to Ixion's 6083.

Is it because of the slower CPU?

ASUS A8V & Corsair 3200XL Pro

Is it generally agreed then that an ASUS A8V & Corsair 1 GB XMS3200XL Pro is the best possible combination? (assuming of course that the memory is tweaked to 2-2-2-5-1 and 2,7 Volt manually).
