  1. Hey, I had a similar problem with my H100i, I can't remember if iCue was recognizing it but the pump was working fine, fans fine, just no RGB. I found out that the problem was a sata power extension, apparently the extension cable was a wire short and that wire was needed for the RGB to work. It might not be an extension problem (if you don't use one) because I seem to recall someone in another forum saying that their power supply was modular and when they swapped to a different cable with that extra wire in it, their RGB worked. Weird that their power supply came with two different types of sata power leads but there we go. Worth looking at if everything else has failed.
  2. Please check my post to find the hex file but do so ONLY if you know what you are doing: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=197490 The link mentioned in my post sometimes will not work, if it doesn't give it 15 minutes and try again, keep going, it should work eventually.
  3. You have to look through your logs and find the one from when you did the update, it should mention something like H100i_V1.0.5.zip (but obviously different depending on your cooler). Open each log and do a search for your coolers model e.g h100i, h115i (whatever it is) until you find that file name. If you do not find the file name, look around online and make sure you are 100% sure you are getting the right hex file, your device is not currently bricked but using the wrong file just might do so and using firmware you should not be using might void your warranty. As for the link, when I read your post and tried 15 minutes ago, it wouldn't work, now however it is again, so try a few times. The page is clearly not intended for external use, so use with CAUTION. We do need a better solution, even if there was a page here on the forum and could only be accessed by those with permission from the forum moderators... it would mean people aren't waiting days (or weeks) for a response to a ticket from someone who probably has less understanding then the moderators here anyway. I just hope a more readily made solution is put together soon for those in a similar situation. There are many of us who know what the problem is and know there is only two solutions, get that hex file or do an RMA... I know which I prefer.
  4. Look at my post here to find the hex file, it's a download, not on your pc, I too tried following many tutorials to find it on PC with no luck. After about 2 hours of searching I found this little miracle. https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=197490 If you need help finding the log file which tells you which file you need, please let me know, it not the one you think it is. Be 1 billion percent sure you know which file you have. It is not as obvious as it seems. But please, I cannot stress this enough, make sure you know which file it is, DO NOT just click the link in my post, find the name that matches your block and get it, it could be wrong! Check your logs and find out which file name your iCue software is using. Get it wrong and you really might brick it.
  5. Hey, I just had this issue on my H100i yesterday and managed to solve it, take a look at my post here with the fix: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=197490 If you need help finding the log to tell you which file you need, let me know, you need to be 1 billion percent sure it is the right file.
