You have to look through your logs and find the one from when you did the update, it should mention something like H100i_V1.0.5.zip (but obviously different depending on your cooler). Open each log and do a search for your coolers model e.g h100i, h115i (whatever it is) until you find that file name. If you do not find the file name, look around online and make sure you are 100% sure you are getting the right hex file, your device is not currently bricked but using the wrong file just might do so and using firmware you should not be using might void your warranty.
As for the link, when I read your post and tried 15 minutes ago, it wouldn't work, now however it is again, so try a few times.
The page is clearly not intended for external use, so use with CAUTION. We do need a better solution, even if there was a page here on the forum and could only be accessed by those with permission from the forum moderators... it would mean people aren't waiting days (or weeks) for a response to a ticket from someone who probably has less understanding then the moderators here anyway.
I just hope a more readily made solution is put together soon for those in a similar situation. There are many of us who know what the problem is and know there is only two solutions, get that hex file or do an RMA... I know which I prefer.
