Welp just did that and they basically told me there's nothing they can do about it. They blamed it on windows 8.1 instead of looking into the software. I've done every form of reinstall and nothing has worked.

Latest version. 3.36.125. Still no surround sound, really starting to regret my purchase.

Bumping as this hasn't been addressed

I've been patiently waiting for an update that fixes this but there still hasn't been anything that fixes this. Reverting to older versions does nothing anymore. When 3.33 came out, I was able to revert to 3.32 and surround came back but since 3.34 came out, reverting does nothing. I am on Windows 8.1 and I've had these headphones for about a year now with no issues prior.

Surround sound has been broken on wired my Void Pro headset since 3.33 on windows 8.1. This update hasn't changed that. Reverting back to older versions after the first 3.34 update doesn't fix it. Reverting to 3.32 did work for me when version 3.33 came out.
