my iron claw does the same on restart i have to pull the usb dongle and plug it back in and working again.

since i changed the logo color to static single color it has been fine bar when the power goes off i have to unplug the dongle and put it back in to pick it up again.

new icue update did not fix the problem:mad:

well it lasted a few days and lost sync again but repairing it in icue did nothing but worked again when i unplugged the usb dongle and plugged it back in and now working again i do have my rgb light linked to my kbd tho.

plug the usb cable in and repair the mouse as this is what mine is doing and you will get the buttons back but it will go again as started doing this with the latest icue update. also remove the dongle and put it back in as mine has not gone again yet after doing this.

i moved the usb dongle and it is now working again wireless tho i cant see why a gfx driver update could cause a mouse to stop working:eek:

will there be a update to fix this problem as it will not work now without a usb cable:confused:

right after a nvidia driver update the mouse is no longer working wireless as soon as i disconnect the cable the mouse stops working but the rgb is still going in sync with the mouse pad and kbd lol. does not matter if i pair it again with the cable because as soon as it is removed it stops working and turning it on and off makes no difference it wont work without the usb cable attached!:mad:

did not work and still have to pair it again this was fine b4 the icue update.

seems it keeps doing it at random as was fine yesterday and now it has gone again and need to pair it again otherwise the buttons dont work what i have set them to. i hope a update can fix this as getting annoying now ;(

and every time it does i have to reconnect the usb cable and repair it every time otherwise none of the buttons work and rgb wont sink with the keyboard. the dpi stays the same but turning it on and off like the first one i had has no effect and have to use the usb cable to pair them again PITA. this only started to happen when i installed the new icue software:sigh!:

s/n 042121017315 it feels the same as the old one to me and weak clicking noise as mine was also double clicking. the wheel plastic also looks the same as the old one but im not taking it to bits!

i got the replacement mouse today but has the problem been fixed?
