Hi,
I feel the air flow through the PSU is less restricted by drawing the intake directly through the opening at the bottom of the case. Therefore, intake fan facing down is what I have chosen.

I have 700d and Corsair 650HX and all cables are long enough except 8-pin motherboard cable. There should be an extension cable supplied with this case.
