Hi, I've got a major problem with new(!) Virtuoso Wireless. It has been giving me crackling sounds during games like cs:go or on youtube :/. (mostly after 20minutes). Then I need to put the headset off and on again. Wired does it work fine. Is there any fix? thanks! I need to add that this is already the second headset and both had the same problem
