Thanks for the help btw, made a few profiles and it's all the same. Even tried uninstalling icue, I can at most switch down 1 stage, and use the sniper button, everything else is still locked.

I did try to repair before, and have just gone through it again, and it's the same result. I only have the 1 default profile, but cannot switch between the stages I've set up. I click the dpi buttons on the mouse and I see the color change for a split second then it revert to what ever I have set as default. This started all of a sudden when the new version of icue came out a few months back.

Ever since an update to icue a few months back, I haven't been able to switch to any dpi stages other than what ever is selected as the default. Anyone else come across this? Been driving me insane

So I started experiencing the same problems with my Void except I've had the crackling sounds on and off for months, the disconnecting only happened when updating to iCUE last week, I put in a support ticket earlier this week and they decided to just send me a new one after I return mine.
