Used a Thermaltake Riser Cable. It is very tight as it sits in the PSU shroud. But I used it instead of the Corsair one due to numerous reports that this had issues on Z390 motherboards.

The two pump/reservoir combos may be super thight, at least if you plan to use the mounting brackets that come with them. If you find a way to mount it lower, then they may fit... Good luck with this...
