Umm .. SLI-Ready Memory is the strange nVidia nomenclature for enabling E.P.P. Memory profiles. The EPP will allow the 8500C5 to automatically lower latencies to match the new, lower, clock speed.

If I will be going to a 1066 C5 set, then I think a TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF would be fair. Down-clocking these to DDR2-800 should get be at least 4-4-4-12 and twice as much...
