This one is driving me nuts and Corsair support seemed stumped when I called about it. I have a K95 Platinum keyboard that I love. However, the G1 key is doing something I don't want it to do. I have it set up to toggle the WASD keys as arrows for a few games that don't support those as arrow keys. However, every time I hit G1 it loads a webpage every single time, so at least twice when using this (once when I toggle on the setup and once when I toggle off the setup. I tried reinstalling software and thought that did it, but then weeks went by and now the magic webpage is back. Does anyone have ANY idea where I might look to track down the strange behavior?

I figured this one out. Took a bit, but found a youtube video showing how to remap and apply to an exe. Thanks.

I still play the original Company of Heroes, but it has this annoying design of just supporting the arrow keys for panning and would like to edit this so that the WASD keys also function that while while the game is running. Can I do this with iCue and is it complex? I took a quick look and didn't get very far. Thanks.

I JUST upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and, so far, I've been pleasantly surprised at how painless it's been. However, I finally went to change my volume and found an odd situation. The volume wheel on the K95 Platinum will trigger Windows 11 to pop up a small volume "window" in the upper left corner of the screen and shows it moving up and down via a small white square with blue filling in under it and a number at the bottom representing the volume, but the volume itself remains unchanged. To change it I have to go into each app and use the mouse to move its volume up and down (if it has such controls). This all worked just fine in Windows 10. What happened and what can I do to resolve it?

I own (and love) a K95 RGB Platinum, but the one thing that annoys me about it are the keycaps for the number row that have the numbers above the shifted keys. It's just confusing, even though I don't look at them that much. A friend just came over and sat down to use my keyboard and even he was confused by it. Then I saw the K95 RGB Platinum XT which somewhat addresses this by putting the shifted state to the right of the number. I think I'd like to try that out and wondered if this is something we can order. Anyone know?

I would like a time-out/inactivity function added to the list of options. This one seems obvious and easy to this new owner. Simply add the ability to set an inactivity timer and at that time then do the chosen selection. Perhaps a checkbox and input box in each existing option would do the trick. In my case I would use it so that my keyboard is extremely non-distracting while I'm busy typing (but still using light to make things intuitive in various games and apps), but then have say a Rainbow effect that kicks in after 20 minutes of inactivity. That, to me, would be really slick. I could even have a couple of them so that it changes after more inactivity, etc.
