Hi all,
iCue showing No Device Detected on OSX 10.14.4.
Updated firmware on a Windows machine to latest version, and verified that iCue sees the device in that environment.
In the Mac environment I am able to type (using the keyboard to type this), and System Profiler sees the keyboard properly. Just the iCue software doesn't recognize it.
I have no other software like CKB or Karabiner installed.
iCue is allowed in the Security & Privacy > Accessibility section of Setup as well.
Anyone have any ideas? I'm running the version of iCue from the first page of this thread.
Oh and I've opened a ticket with Support and their answer was "It doesn't work because it's beta software." This was pretty discouraging, as they didn't attempt any troubleshooting and I was hoping they would at least attempt to help identify a cause, even if it was determined that it just won't work in this environment currently.
