this will happen about every 5-6 days

can anyone explain these results? I don't know if it matters, but many times when I turn on the computer, the screen and the keyboard may close but the computer continues to work, but without being able to do anything other than reset from button. thanks Service_Error.log

the keyboard(k70 MK2) has lost its connection for the last few days. while it is open,suddenly the leds off and the keyboard is dead. if a re-start the winows, is still dead.. it work again after switch off/on from power supply.! i try and i do soft reset(with esc)but the same problem. this even happens in a situation(motherboard asus x470 pro). what else can I do?

hello everyone. yesterday I bought one corsair k70 mk2 rgb. all ok but the switch ENTER it's a bit darker than the other switches. it has the latest update and I've done one soft reset. is it a problem? what else can i do? thx
