Do you have the really small zip-ties? What I tend to do is pull the pig-tail PCIe cable down out of the way and zip tie it so it can't be seen.

The original "80 PLUS Gold" version had a single 12-pin that split into two 6+2-pins.

We can't assume OP is using all new parts.

The new version should have multiple PCIe cables that you can use in order to run two separate cables to your graphics...

Ok. It's not unusual for the fuse rating to be higher than the rating of the power cable, but it's never lower. So clearly the power cord with the 13A fuse is the one that came with your PSU.

RM850 in the U.K. comes with a 10A/250V cord (0.75mm^2). It should say that on the cord itself.

Are you getting the "13A" from the fuse in the plug head?
