I suspect that your system and/or your drivers...

I suspect that your system and/or your drivers don't support the level of OpenGL that iCUE requires; it uses OpenGL for all rendering. Most applications don't do this.

For the older devices, you'll have synchronized lighting across all of Corsair's product lineup. From keyboards, mice and headsets...
