You should allow for convection and have the fans exhausting air. I have positive pressure in my case and dust filters over the intakes so it doesnt really matter which way i have the fans orientated...

Link them to the H100i Temp 1. The CPU temp will fluctuate wildly as the load changes whereas the coolant temperature ramps up more uniformly.
