ATAGA, AXi Series PSUs have a 10-year warranty. I believe it came out in 2012, so even if you purchased it day one, you should still be within your warranty period.

It's up to you. It's safe to say though that we'd recommend our memory over our competitors, but if Dell guarantees a specific model from anyone is compatible, go with that.

CMSX32GX4M2A2400C16 meets the requirements so it should be fine. Doesn't look like that laptop is in our memory finder...

That's the default Windows 10 volume notification. It's not from iCUE. As far as I can tell the position can't be changed.
