Did you try them one at a time? ( The VS1GBKIT400 is a matched set).
Make sure the voltage is at 2.6...

DDR1 is the only RAM that will work.

To work correctly they would have to be all v1.2 or 4.1.
There is just enough difference in the IC's to cause problems when mixed.

Even if you found another set with the same part#, 4 sticks
may only run at 333MHz, depending on you CPU core.
Your best bet would be a TWINX2048...
