  1. Same for me, the red LED continue to flicker on 8 keys if I set a different colour. Corsair Support has provided me the firmware file, but nothing is changed with the hard reset =|
  2. I'm having the same issue with K95 RGB Platinum on keys from F1 to F8. So after 2 years and half using this keyboard, the black screen problem with iCUE is still unsolved. Now the LEDs don't work properly. Are you serious? Is this the quality of Corsair products?
  3. Hi guys after all these months Corsair's Staff doesn't even answer anymore, and nothing has been resolved. I'm very dissappointed, but before sending back my keyboard (and never buy anything else from Corsair) I need to know if I'm the only one that find this problem: randomly, while iCUE is running (and cpuid.dll's deleted) some keys switch color, and more time run iCUE, more keys switch color so I have to turn off and on again the backlight to restore the lighting profile correctly.
  4. I got an Asus RIVBE and VT-d disabled, but the issue occours anyway.
  5. Ok I've done all 5 tests. For tests 3, 4 and 5 a clean installation of iCUE was performed. The tests were done with about 15 consecutive hours per day of PC activity (gaming mainly) for 2 days, unless the issue occurred before. These are the results: Test #1: Yes, black screen occurred. Test #2: No, there was no issue, but seems that my keyboard (K95 Platinum) don't go off after the shut down. Test #3:Yes, black screen occurred Test #4: No, there was no issue. Test #5: Yes, black screen occurred.
  6. Start->type event->event viewer->windows log(click on arrow)->application and find in the list. This is my error log: Faulting application name: iCUE.exe, version: 3.4.95.0, time stamp: 0x5b1959be Faulting module name: libGLESv2.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5a5da43b Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x000da111 Faulting process id: 0x24fc Faulting application start time: 0x01d40e1eceebfaaf Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\iCUE.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\libGLESv2.dll Report Id: 5c5b15e1-c154-4f12-a11b-6f188a4dbc05 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:
  7. First of all thank you for your reply, it's important (at least for me) that a Corsair's member is interested in user's problems. So I find really strange that you can't reproduce the problem, I was using iCUE and not LINK, and I was having the same issue (as all other x79 users). I tried all solution possible, which are: -Deep format of my HDD -Clean install of Windows 10 -Clean install of all Nvidia driver release (with DDU for all release installation) -Update the Bios -Clean install of iCUE 3.4.95 The only solution to have not the issue is to uninstall the iCUE. Are 2 days now that I haven't Black Screen with iCUE not installed. Now I'm trying to use CUE (2.24.50) and CPUID separately. I don't know yet if there are problems, but on iCUE I'm sure because without it I haven't.
  8. This is really incredible, sad, and disappointing for a brand like Corsair. But have you tried to send a ticket on their support? I send it today, but I lost almost all my hopes.
  9. So it's been more than a year and issue is not resolved yet? If it is, I think they will note resolve the problem, so the only solution is to return my keyboard and buy nothing more from Corsair. I'm very disappointed, I was a big fan of Corsair.
  10. I just bought a k95 Platinum and I'm having the same issue. It's incredible that no one from Corsair is providing some information about it. I hope that I'll no forced to return the keyboard...I choose Corsair for software possibilities, but because of this bug any other keyboard is better.
