rma shipping payment question
So I just recieved a new mouse as a replacement for a broke one but its sort of warped on the bottom and doesnt lay flat on the mousepad.

I'm asking for another rma, the question is: will I have to pay for the shipping even if the mouse was already broken when they delivered it to me? (the package had absolutely no damage on it so it must've been a faulty mouse from the factory)

If you received a faulty replacement you do not need to pay for shipping, please provide me with the ticket number so I can check on this ticket.
