ThanatosX
Is there a way back to firmware v1.0.5 on Windows 8.1. v1.0.7 is noisier and there doesn't seem to be any development going on. Willing to give up monitoring and control to go back to less noise.
Toasted
I wouldn't recommend "downgrading" the firmware as it may "corrupt" the firmware during the update process. By noisier, do you mean the fans? If so you can use the LINK software to lower the fan RPM's or create your own fan profile.
ThanatosX
It's not regular airflow noise or the hum of the pump, it's a sort of higher pitched droning whumm. Edit:I recorded a sample with my phone. http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=59753613439923447837You will probably need to turn your volume up. Over the airflow you should be able to hear the high pitched noise. I set my Noctua fans to spin at 1200RPM each for the test.
Toasted
I can't hear the high pitched sound in the video, but if you are willing to try the firmware downgrade noting the risks, I've PMed you links for 1.0.5.

Ch1lly
I also need to downgrade the firmware to 1.0.5...but how do I do that without access to Corsair Link?
Toasted
Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the firmware without the LINK software.
