x509
This webpage seems to imply that there is a 64-bit version of ATTO. http://www.x64bitdownload.com/downloads/t-64-bit-atto-disk-benchmark-download-fiwjkiqe.html However, clicking on the download page takes you to a "qualification" page which asks for way too much personal information. Doing a Google search I found other sites (like MajorGeeks) where I could do the download without answering such questions, but the only downloads are apparently for 32-bit versions of ATTO. My questions: Is there a 64-bit version of ATTO?Is there a place where I can download it?Does it matter if I use a 32-bit version of ATTO on a Win 7 64-bit system? x509

Synbios
According to the official ATTO website, there is only a 32-bit version. The latest version is 2.47. It doesn't matter if you use 32-bit software on a 64-bit OS. Almost all 32-bit software is compatible on 64-bit OSes. Windows 7 64-bit uses the WOW64 (windows on windows 64) emulator. From what I've seen, the only software that must match the number of bits is anti-virus software. 32-bit AV does not work on 64-bit OS or vice versa.
