Corsair Link need turn off options and lower rpm

Hi, All in the Corsair Link forum.

I think that Corsair Link devices need turn off options. I need it and i'm maybe not the only one.

Fan examples:

  • To the mode option menu add "Turn off" option.
  • Under "Custom" mode make a list between 0 and 4000 rpm, 0 for off and lower then 500 rpm for low rpm fans.

I know that 0 rpm/turn off can sound stupid, but if I leave and don't turn my computer off. The computer can run like idle and there is no need for all my fans to run if the computer only peek 25 degrees or so.

You mean like the one we have been asking for at least the past 6 months and probably longer, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=800348

As it been pointed out many times it's there for GPUs and PSUs so the CL Mini should have this.

See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=837452 for implications of post 837448

Yes, it has been longer, I just came across http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=758705

@GamleDK,

We're looking into this for future versions, at this time we don't have an ETA on when it will be implemented.

Hello, do you have some news about this implementation?

I am interested in Zero RPM feature too.

I bought the "Commander Mini" thinking it was capable of this zero mode, but not.

My fault was didn't check before buy...

I payed 145€ for this product on Amazon, a price of a mainboard...
