During startup, my keyboard is displayed red LEDs are accessed but it does not work until the windows login screen is loaded (i have windows 10 pro). Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted November 5, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 5, 2019 Try putting the keyboard into BIOS mode performing the following: Hold the Windows Lock Key Hold F1 key Release both after the keyboard flickers and the Scroll Lock indicator should continue to blink Try logging into the BIOS after the keyboard enters this mode. I would look to make sure you have Fast Boot disabled and USB legacy support active. To get the keyboard out of BIOS mode, perform the same procedure above.
