RMA express requires credit card but is not selectable
 
So, my AX1200i died after just ~6 weeks, I have no replacement PSU so I can neither use my PC nor test for secondary damages.

I want to use a express RMA but it doesn't let me select the option as I have no credit card selected, where can I specify credit card info?

Also on a sidenote, the PSU seemed to be way to hot when I removed it from my PC, I know the fan worked fine(tested with LINK).

After it's approved call customer service and they'll take your CC info and change it to an express RMA.

I assume I can also use the live chat or add a comment to the RMA ticket?

Can't find a support hotline for germany(want to avoid international calls).

Sorry, didn't see your post, the whole thing has been resolved, got my new PSU and I'm about to send the old one back.

There seems to be no secondary damage to any component.
