Hello, Following a problem with Corsair LL120 fans, I proceeded to create a replacement ticket.
The equipment was well received by Corsair services in the Netherlands. So I received an email informing me of sending replacement fan with a DHL tracking link.
On the follow-up that dates from January 13, 2021, the fans are still not gone and are in TAIWAN... I'm in France...
I made several e-mail raises to find out why the replacement product was still not shipped to me. There's no answer. I hope to have an answer on this forum.
