  1. well to counter this, i have had to deal with corsair support twice now; once for my hydro x pump failing and the second time for the leds in the xg7 failing. both times they have gotten back to really fast diagnosed the problem super quick and sent out replacements ASAP. in my experience the total time from ticket to receiving the replacement has been under a week which i believe is fantastic. also the customer support on the other end of the email was always polite i cannot rate their customer service highly enough. i know not everyone has had such a good experience but seeing as everyone is being so negative about customer service i thought id throw my two pennies worth in. As for the block, i have had mine (including replacement) for 9 months now and have had no leaks and have rebuilt the system three times with no problems, i am slightly concerned now but using hard tubing it shouldn't be a problem
  2. hi thanks for getting back to me, both nodes are completely unresponsive now. i even tried putting them in my other system but i get nothing out of them now. in regards to the other system it has a commander pro installed (for 6 ll120 fans) so if i connect the strips and each hydro x part separately in the other system they all work apart from now most of the leds in the gpu block have died. they wont chain together for some reason, tried pump-gpu-cpu and gpu-pump-cpu and get nothing out of them together. i have tried putting the commander in my main rig its detected in icue but nothing lights up, its like its not receiving enough power or something? if i put in an RMA, i dont know what im RMAing. the gpu block for dead leds but is it the psu killing the nodes or are the nodes faulty theres so many variables lol
  3. hi hopefully this is in the right place but feel free to move it if it should be elsewhere. so i have three hydro x parts in my system (gpu, cpu blocks and the pump) all were working fine then playing doom eternal over the weekend they all stopped lighting up and the node wasnt detected within icue, i used USBDeview to check the connection to find it said it wasnt connected. i ordered a replacement with the rgb strips, hooked it all up and daisy chained the hydro x stuff, it worked for about 30 seconds. i assumed i was unlucky and got a defective on so got amazon to replace it. tested the new one in another system with only the rgb strips and worked flawlessly but as soon as i put in my main rig it stopped again almost straight away. surely i cannot of received two faulty products in a row. could the node have burnt out/fried when attached to my system? using corsair RM850X with the out of the box cables, i do have two sets of Deepcool MF120 fans on the same sata line with no problems with them. any help anyone could provide would be grateful :
  4. So, that one led is whats causing the other fans to not light up? Its only a week old too. Is there nothing else i can do apart from replace the fan? Edit, just turned the pc on and all the fans have lit up even the one that seems to have a dud led, dunno whats going on Edit edit as soon as icue boots up the dud led has stuck on red and all other fans in the series have frozen.
  5. hello, I have eight ll120 rgb fans installed in my case at the moment. when I first installed them they all worked fine apart from the occasional clash with msi mystic light. now when I went into icue to change the colours of the fans, three of the fans now do not light up anymore, four of them work correctly and change colours ect properly. there is one fan however that only three quarters of the fan lights up-like one segment of the outer ring does nothing. any help would be greatly appreciated. my specs are: MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon AMD Ryzen 2700x Corsair Vengance RGB 16GB 8x Corsair LL120 RGB Fans EVGA GTX 1080 SC
