Update. Nope, still happens. Seems less often, but could just be placebo. Corsair, please just upload v0.33

I tried that with no luck. So I think I may have found the issue. I closed CUE. Unfortunately I think CUE is affecting it. Hasn't jumped yet with CUE closed.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I tried all USB ports and it will still jump. Usually jumps to corner of the screen. No freezing or anything, just jumps. So in a game like an FPS, my vision will just turn randomly. Is there no way to just get the v0.33 download? I had 0 issues with that firmware.

I should mention that when it was on v0.33, it was fine. Also no new devices have been put near my computer to cause interference. I wish Corsair would just publish the firmware so I could install that instead.

Hello all, I am having issues with my Dark Core RGB SE mouse when I updated to v3.08. I get odd mouse snapping. Not often, but it's noticeable. It will jump or snap it's position an inch or two across the monitor as if there was some micro lag. I updated to this firmware twice. I use a USB 3.0 port on my keyboard so it's close, but not too close to the receiver with little interference. I have a beefy rig i7 6700k, 16 gb DDR4 ram, GTX 1080, so it's not my computer struggling or anything. It's most noticeable in the game Escape from Tarkov, but I notice it out of the game too. Anyone else have this issue? Or perhaps a fix? Thanks!

I did, and I said I did the steps in their blog post, and they replied by saying "Hey check out this blog post!" They didn't even read my ****.

Just to add, the program also says my mouse is disconnected even though it's clearly working.

Registered just to let it be known that I have issues too. I'll just list them and hopefully a Corsair employee can pass the info along. 1. The CUE software is awful at detecting my device with dongle. 2. Intermittent connection no matter where I place my dongle. Right now I have it in one of my USB ports on my keyboard, and it's working best so far, but still will freeze up (which sucks during FPS). 3. Brightness slider isn't a brightness slider in CUE. It's either on or off which is kind of annoying. 4. I'm stuck on firmware v0.22. I've seen v0.33 exists, but I can't update. I always get a warning saying it failed, and it never takes. Even when I do the steps listed in the blog post. I've tried multiple times. There is a software issue that I can't do anything about here. Also, my old Logitech had smooth scrolling on everything. It wouldn't look choppy on the screen if you had it set to scroll multiple lines at once. Wonder if that's a software thing they can program into it? Because right now the software is pretty bare bones.
