1. i would say out if you can! its all about removing hot air from the case at every opportunity
2. updated the tubing a bit more with some tighter bends and managed to squeeze in a flow meter :) the flow meter is lit by a cut down corsair light strip :)
3. Hi Devbiker, No mods at all! with the XD5 having an adjustable height i just moved it up using the supplied bracket and did away with the front roof fan and put a 140mm fan in the rear roof. i could infact lower the pump if i cut the bottom section of bracket off and possibly squeeze another fan in but happy with it as is.
4. no its a 240, i already had 240 fans so had to go down that route but a 280mm would've fitted!
5. oh my did you kill your GFX card? hope its OK
6. i opted for the GTX Hydro X block instead of waiting for the 5700 XT Block. it sorta helped that i had a GTX 1080 and was gonna upgrade but meh!
7. snap i have this too! it will disappear, i guess we just wait :)
8. Hi Guys, new to the forum, always followed the corsair path for the quality and reliability, soon as i saw the Hydro X range released i knew it wouldt be long before i took the plunge ;): only issue is had was my case was the 280X. I wanted to keep this case as it fits on the shelf in my very small room plus the fact i love it :) i decided to cram a hydro X install into it, so to anyone wondering, yes it all fits  this is my 1st time with hard tubing, i am awaiting more fittings as already i want to change this with more fittings rather than tube bends, due to the case being small, tighter bends are required.
