  1. I ended up speaking to someone on the phone at Corsair. Issue resolved. I did buy this from your website.
  2. Yes, I believe that would fit in the remaining slot. But I would confirm with Corsair and verify power requirements.
  3. I placed it Oct. 20th, it shipped Nov. 2nd. So, Corsair shipped within the two week range they gave 👍. Which power cable are you interested in? I assume perhaps the power cable to the RTX 4090?
  4. I upgraded from an i7200 with RTX 3090 and Intel Core i9-10th Gen. Basically, GPU performance practically doubled compared to previous system. Even though I understood the hardware specs, seeing the huge performance numbers pop up as I tested it was mind blowing. Time Spy Extreme - 17711 (graphics 19265) Port Royal - 25679 Fire Strike Ultra - 24031 (graphics 24425) Fire Strike - 48772 (graphics 67408) For my hardware lottery, I have the Asus Tuf Graphics RTX 4090. This is a really well made card, IMO. For storage, I have the Force MP600 M.2 NVMe SSD (not impressed by the decision to put this in - I'll need to switch this to something faster to do the system justice). The motherboard appears to be a MSI PRO Z690-A. I am happy with that choice. Note that these perf numbers are OOB. I did not tweak anything. The Asus card has a hardware switch for quite vs performance mode. Seems like it is in quite mode OOB (this system is generating less noise than the i7200 it is replacing). Two minor things - The CPU cooler cover (which attaches magnetically) had a sticker holding it down. It was a poorly chosen sticker as it left lots of residue on the cooler and cooler cover which had to be cleaned. Second, like the i7200 before it, the glass door came protected with plastic which is good, but removing that always leaves it looking like it has water spots and also needs to be cleaned. Those are very minor issues. I am just happy/impressed a heavy machine like this arrived in one piece. It was packed well to keep that enormous GPU in-place. Overall, the system is worth the money. I am super happy with it. Something mind bending to consider - My "old" RTX 3090 Vengeance system's performance is closer to my Razer Blade 17 2022 laptop than to this new monster.
  5. So I just received my i7400 with the RTX 4090. Exciting. When I was removing the internal packing, I noticed a sticker over the cover of the CPU cooler. The sticker said "Remove Sticker" and so I did. Clearly for packing/shipping only. But it left residue on the removable cooler cover (see pic) and *also* on the CPU cooler itself. Not sure who thought this was a good idea, but now what? I don't want the residue melting and dripping down onto the GPU, for example. And, the cooler color looks terrible now.
  6. I completely agree with this sentiment. I have the perception that Corsair intends absolutely no actual customer support. They are doing the absolute minimum. Clearly Corsair is not a gaming enthusiast company or they would be all over this issue and be providing communication and support towards resizable bar. I believe I have spent north of $12K on Corsair systems over the last few years. I think I will also look elsewhere. What a bust. Total shame.
  7. Why do these BIOS updates not contain some sort of readme indicating why we should install them? I am looking forward to Re-Size BAR support. Does this BIOS update include this support? Thanks!
  8. Discovered this is caused by the "The Division 2" game. Once launched, all the lights go out, then shortly afterward come back as static white and stay that way even after quitting the game.
  9. Hi, Recently I have been having issues wherein the lighting of the fans and RAM will be stuck on static white. The issue resolves itself if I launch iCUE. All software and firmware is up to date. How can I fix this? Thanks!
  10. I am sure you must have tried this, but just in case... Did you try to re-seat the power cables to the video card? Perhaps they were not properly seated originally and came loose during shipping... The card can appear to be working when looking at it from the case (maybe the fans are even working), but w/out sufficient power the card will not be.
  11. That would be great! Really should not leave any performance on the table with the RTX 3090. That would be a shame when it is just deploying an existing software change. Thanks!
  12. I see a BETA BIOS update from MSI here: https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z490-A-PRO Can we apply this BIOS update to the i7200 RTX 3090 system? Or, should we expect this enablement to be done via an RTX driver from Nvidia?
  13. Hi, It is my understanding that this should be possible. Can Corsair confirm that the Vengeance i7200 with RTX 3090 using the Z490 motherboard will receive an update to enable Re-Size BAR? And, if so, where will this update come from and when will it be available? Thanks!
