  1. Thanks for your effort c-attack. I ran "force firmware update" and that worked! This shouldn't happen on a brand new product.
  2. Port #1 does whatever it wants, if I set 1000 RPM fixed, it runs at 1400...
  3. Yeah, I think I am done with buying Corsair product. Quality seems questionable. I have had problems with almost all their products I bought the last couple of years.
  4. Hello. I have installed a brand new Corsair Commander Pro in a whole new system build. I have 5 x QL120 fans connected to the commander. Everything "works", but the RPM on port 1 is always 10-20% higher than the other fan ports. I have swapped the fans around to different ports on the commander, just to find out if it was the fan motor, but it is the same result, always port #1 regardless of what fan is on that port, and regardless of custom profile or one of the presets. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix for it, or is my Commander broken? There always seem to be some sort of issue with Corsair products..
  5. New update out. Problem still not solved. Sad to see a good old company put out a product this bad. I spoke to my retailer, I will return the H100 Platinum and swap it for a Noctua NH‑U12A which outperforms the H100 anyway. Anyone who find this thread, save yourself the trouble and don't buy these AIO's until you have a confirmed fix.
  6. Sadly it doesn't work for thousands of others...
  7. I have an "Asus ROG Strix z390-F Gaming" motherboard with latest BIOS. The cooler is connected as per instructions from the bundled manual. No Hub, no nothing. The two fans connected to the leads from the pump/cooler head, the single lead from the pump/cooler head to the motherboard "CPU FAN1". The USB cable from the pump/cooler head to a free USB slot on the motherboard. 100% New clean Windows 10, 1809 Workstation Edition. As for other software, I pretty much only have: Discord, Steam, Ark Survival, Overwatch, Origin, Apex Legends, HWiNFO, GeForce Experience, Filezilla, iCUE.
  8. Soo.... CORSAIR iCUE v3.15.101 was released 05/02/2019... Did NOT fix the problem. This is pretty unacceptable. Why are we paying 150 dollars to be beta testers for an unfinished product?
  9. Hello! So... I also bought this cooler 3 weeks ago. I am having MASSIVE issues. USB disconnecting, fan profiles not working, fans ramping up to full and down again every 30 sec on idle, light is flickering, and so on. For a 150 dollar cooler this is pretty horrible. At this point I am gonna try to return this cooler and go for an uncomplicated Noctua instead..
