  1. Thanks dev I have the adapter on order and it is 3 pin so I figure one fan hub to a header since I have 2 headers on motherboard and have 8 fans
  2. Hi quick question if I wanted to hook up the rgb to my motherboard on my h100i platinum ML120 fans would I use the ARGB/Digital 3 pin header or the regular RGB 4 pin header?
  3. I installed the latest ICUE 3.21..88 and I see that when I went to my uninstaller to delte some software I noticed a "Windows Driver Package - Corsair Components Inc. (SIUSBXP) USB (o1/14/2017 3.3)" is now installed never seen it before this should it be there or not thanks
  4. I have an MSI z390mpg gaming pro carbon motherboard I don't use any msi software and IICUE keeps the cpu at 4.1 to 44.4 no down clocking until I turn off ICUE then runs like it should in downclocking Hope they adreess this issue soon as I have a lot of corsair stuff in my build
  5. Sorry if it sounded like a rant I am having issue with ICUE Yes I could have left the rest out for that I am sorry like I stated when ICUE is running it doesn't let the cpu clock down if not running it clocks down fine but I am guessing it is an incompatibility issue with the MSI board
  6. Idle temps are in the 30's on stock i7-8086k with the corsair h150i max temp peak I have ever got is 60 in gaming but on average it runs in 35 to 45 range and I do have to agree it is most likely the motherboard cause it didn't happen on my gigabyte z370 so might be going back to my z370 and just sell this z390 and get more RGB lol just kidding
  7. Have been having an issue with ICUE keeping my cpu at near full power 4.3-4.4ghz while it is open when closed it goes back to norm going from 800mhz to 4.4ghz as needed and this is on an msi z390 board without mystic light installed my gigabyte z370 aorus ultra gaming never had the issue so at the point where I either try a new motherboard non msi brand or get all new fans and keybbboard and mouse and cooler, power supply and not have to run Icue sorry about the double letter this keyboard is being rma for 3rd time
  8. Well now I am in a pickle I have uninstalled all I could but still have high usage with ICUE running and normal with t not so now I have to choose between getting a new motherboard (non MSI) or buying all new replacement stuff for my corsair products wouldn't mind keeping as is but I can't seem figure out how to set it up to show one color on all products when icue is closed if that is even possible
  9. It is designed like from what I was told and I have same cooler and works fine for me and snugs up good, I think if they were flush might cause more strain on motherboard but that my opinion.
  10. Well I use hwinfo64 and it shows a difference big difference when icue running it high lowest it goes is 4.1ghz but when not running will clock down to 800mhz and go to 4.4 so it runs warmer with icue running then when not running so I don't know what it is never did this on my gigabyte z370 with same cpu
  11. Hi I have taken notice since I switch my motherboard from Gigabyte z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming to MSI MPG z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC that my cpu does not down clock like it should with ICUE running, without it running it works fine my average clock is like 4.1ghz with ICUE and down to 2.5ghz without it running I have tried other ICUE"s 3.16.56, 3.18.77, 3.19(worst) and the latest 3.20.80 with all the same results and in turn since higher clock speed means higher heat I have tried everything I know short of buying all new products that don't require ICUE cause cant afford that route any help or if known issue with MSI motherboards would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I am running Intel I7-8086k stock with just XMP enabled.
  12. Wouldn't work for me don't run a headset only my sound card which is asus xonar phoebus
  13. I have the I7-8086k on a msi mpg z390 gaming pro carbon ac and have this same issue it locks on 4.3ghz as soon as close icue all goes normal in clocking down or up as needed
  14. My power plan is balanced is there way to run the h150i without the software I don't mean hooking fans to motherboard I mean can you set up icue then be able to exit it and all still runs as set?
