  1. So, recently this headset's mic no longer works I'm in wired mode. I'm using the cable that comes with the headset and tried plugging into various USB 2 and 3 ports and nothing works. If the headset is connected to the PC and I switch it to wireless mode the mic works instantly. If the cable is removed and the headset stays in wireless mode, the mic still works. I should mention that while in wired mode, the mic is still recognized by iCue. I can enable and disable the mic tone and sidetone. And pressing the on/off button on the mic still gives me the "mic feedback on/off, mic on/off". But, it will not take any voice input in wired mode. Any suggestions? I usually just leave it plugged in and switch it to wireless mode to get it working.
  2. Thank you for confirming as I couldn't find any info on this anywhere.
  3. 3.5mm cable. USB-C does enable the lighting.
  4. Oops. Apologies for leaving out the most important part. It's the Virtuoso RGB Wireless. Not the SE.
  5. Sorry if this is a silly question, but I have the Virtuoso RGB Wireless (non-SE). Is there any way to get the RGB lighting effects to work when the headset is NOT in wireless mode? It seems that flicking switch to wired instantly disables all lighting. Even when using iCue I can't seem to get any lighting to enable. I guess it only works when it's in wireless mode? Not that I mind wireless mode, but I feel like the audio quality during gaming was night and day between wired and wireless. But maybe I'm doing something wrong. Wireless comes across as flat and "tinny" to me even after playing with the EQ settings. And I get occasional audio hitching or cutting out in wireless mode. Was playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
  6. Hi guys, brand new PC build and new to all this RGB stuff. Using the iCue software and set the pattern to "Visor" for 5 fans attached to the Node Pro. All fans but one are in a perfect pattern sync. Figures, it's the bottom of 3 front case fans that aren't moving in the same pattern as the rest. It's as if there was a second delay behind on one. Maybe I'm OCD but I'd love to have that fan moving in perfect sync with the other 4. Is there an easy fix for this? I've tried simply changes patterns and rebooting but that hasn't helped. Anything else I can try? Thanks!
  7. Same problem here. Using color profile "color wave" and all fans in color pattern sync except of one of my 5 fans. Tried everything so far to get it moving in the same direction as the rest but can't very frustrating because it was a few days ago.
  8. Hi all! First new build in ages and never had RGB issues in the past (since it didn't exist). I have the Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM (with 2 preinstalled LL120 RGB fans), 1 Corsair LL140 RGB fan and 5 addition LL120 RGB fans I've installed as case fans. I have the Node PRO controller so the 3 LL120's that are installed at the front of the case are plugged into the controller. The back LL140 is also plugged into the controller. And I planned to the install the last 2 LL120's into the case and into the controller as well. Here's my first question, the 2 LL120's that installed on the radiator on the H100i, I assume they can't be connected in some way to the other controller to sync with the case fans. I assume it has to be on it's own system. And I assume it can still be controlled and synched with the other fans in some respect with Corsair's iCue software? Also, each fan has 2 wires. One that controls the RGB and a 4 pin connector. On my motherboard (Asus Maximus Code XI) I see a bunch of 4 pin connections. Some of these are named things like "RGB HEADER1", "FAN3", "CHA_FAN2", "W_PUMP", "RGB HEADER2", "ADD_HEADER2" (this one is missing the 3rd pin spot on the connection so it's actually 3 pins). And then near the CPU cooler itself there's 2 more 4 pin connections labelled "AIO_PUMP" and "CHA_FAN1". Can any of these be used for plugging in all these fans? I've also read I can connect them straight to the PSU but I don't know if that affects the RBG syncing. I've also heard about using a splitter. Last question. 2 cables coming from the AIO cooler I'm not sure what to do with. It's a flat cable and splits into 2 connections. Both have 4 pins coming out and one of them has a #1 printed on it. I have yet to figure out where to connect that. Sorry if these are noobish questions! Thank you all for the help!
