Just an update, the RMA'd pump works great, so if you see 0 RPM in iCue, new pump will likely fix the pump speed problem.

I also have the same problem as Ajax.TX and Fufuu. 0 RPM in iCUE for the XD5 despite being connected to the CoPro in the "optimal" configuration. Just submitted a ticket today hoping that multiple user concerns will speed up the process of finding a solution.
