  1. Uuffff, what a mess. I had all that was described on this post. it seems that AMD never solved USB connection problems through AGESA. iCUE just can't handle all micro disconnections from USB hardware and it crash. I recently went back to intel and now all system is stable, iCUE works as it should. Hope one day AMD resolves USB issues. Good Luck everyone
  2. Have same problem here, same version. In my case, Icue crashes after computer enters on suspension mode. When back, icue is no more active with event viewer error descriibed above.
  3. Yeah, it's tipically that fix one thing and break two. Nothing to do. Besides, the screen of nexus is a TFT screen, so it's not good quallity, so, more washed out.
  4. Yeah, having same issue. The solution by now is to decrease graph bright, so text can be read.
  5. it has been almost 5 years with this issue unfixed. Shame on you Corsair. All the KB that have a Volume Wheel have the same issue.
  6. Well, I got my K70 MK.2 today, and till this date, Corsair never fixed this. What a dissapointment. I'm runnig latest firmware, and the new ugly iCUE 4.xx version. This is unacceptable. Corsair left us alone with this issue. >:-( PS: does anyone sent the iCUE log to support? EDIT: I opened a Ticket with Logs and details. Let's see what have to say Corsair.
  7. I'm just wandering if this issue has anything to do with "UEFI" BIOS, may be this is not compatible with UEFI, so, we need to use the system on legacy mode, not UEFI.
  8. nope, Still with the issue, it has been 2 more new versions but the problem is still there.
  9. Hi all, I just bought the super good Corsair virtuoso SE headphones. But, I have a minimalist problem where some of the audio options in iCUE software is glitched. It happens only with this headphones. As you can see in the red square on image (maximized), the last audio option is outside the main window, if you minimize, or maximize, the result is the same. I updated the iCUE software a couple of times, but it still have the same issue. As you can see, I have the software in Spanish language, and I don't know if that could be the culprit. any clues?
  10. Well, I just have this SE version 3 days ago, and firstly I plugged the audio dongle in the rear usb's, and the audio was ok but on DISCORD I had interference, like a radio as someone mentioned above. then I plugged the dongle on the frontal USB port, and no problem so far, even I get far from PC. I charged the headphones, and then I use them wireless. No problems so far from now on.
  11. Well, i have similar issue, I have a commander Pro and a RGB Hub. I have 4 120LL fans that worked ok since I built this machine. Since 2 weeks, I have problems like yours. The last fan on the chain have stuck colors and doesn't give the color animations, just the inner ring works OK. but my question for you is: Does any of you noticed if the glitch on fans shows up just 2 or 3 secconds after powering on the pc?. for me it starts before going into windows, and before iCUE opens. It seems a Hardware issue. I cannot solve this either. PS for All: corsair link software is no needed anymore, just use iCUE, that is an upgrade to Corsair link, in fact, both software installed is not necessary.
  12. I don't use USB hub's, I connect the keyboard directly to USB on the back of Motherboard. I have the strafe RGB KB and a M65 pro ELITE mouse, both worked without issues on my asus Maximus Hero X (Z370), but the keyboard have issues when I upgraded to a Maximus XI hero (Z390). I think that Corsair is who have to fix this issues upgrading the keyboard firmware. Something has changed on Motherboards USB ports and this has to be "compatibility" fixed on a strafe firmware upgrade.
  13. I have the same issue. I cannot enter BIOS, since keyboard is not recognized bios BIOS. This happens to me since I upgraded my motherbord from chipset Z370 to Z390 (see my pc specs) Luis, what Motherboard do you have now?. Jack: we are talking when you start the computer while BIOS ask to press del to enter bios, at that stage scroll lock key blinks untill windows load the driver, or USB Drivers.
  14. What motherboard and chipset do you have? I too can't enter the bios on my Asus MAximus XI hero (Z390), bios don't recognize the keyboard. KeyLock just blink while system is booting untill windows load the driver. i have to plug another keyboard to access the BIOS. it's annoying since my last motherboard (Maximus X Hero (Z370)) didn't had this issue. I have a STRAFE RGB Keyboard btw.
