  1. Just updated to iCUE4 and I have this embarrassing mess. Do you actually test the software before releasing it? Embarrassing smh :sigh!:
  2. So far it's taken 3 days to just get an answer to my my support ticket, asking if I had troubleshooted a failed LED. Where do I actually check the open ticket as I have no link?
  3. Left control and no the 'E' key have both lost their LEDS in the last few days. Very disappointing indeed. I can see the date of receipt is March 2019, and PC world only does 12 months warranty. It was an exchange for a faulty one. Is this still eligible for UK Corsair exchange under warranty?
  4. I'd like to be able to use my keyboard when It's plugged into the mains for charging. It hardly ever works, but for some reason It's working again now, it wasn't earlier or last week and totally random. Even after the latest firmware and iCUE update It's still as random as ever. I've had a few replacements over the last couple of years and each one the same. Sometimes it's possible to type and charge, but most of the time It's not. Oh and it has nothing to do with my charger, It's one of the best, that's why I bought it, and anyway it was the same on an old one.
  5. When I plug the USB cable into my 4 way powered charger the keyboard charges and communicates wirelessly.
  6. I have to say that a non-replaceable battery for a £120 keyboard is very poor as I plan to use this for more than 2 years, and at no point ever will it be used as wired. This really isn't helping you as a company as a replaceable battery would be easy to implement. Logitech can do it, but I guess Corsair are so greedy that they can't see past the balance sheet and are not taking a long term view? It's highly unlikely I'll buy another Corsair product.
  7. I have to agree and I did think this when I bought the keyboard a few weeks ago, as at no point will it be used as wired. The battery will need to be replaced at some point, and at £120 for a wireless keyboard, I expect to get about 3-4 years out of it. Batteries also diminish in their capacity over time. I used a K800 for 4 years, a great keyboard and weeks between charging, but you can tell the difference alone when ALT+TAB with the K63 wireless as It's instant, like wired, unlike the K800 where there's a slight delay, which in gaming, especially FPS is critical. I love this keyboard though, It's well built and solid, instant responsiveness, the tenkeyless is great as I don't use numpad anyway, but I would liked to have seen some RGB. Hopefully the battery can be replaced in the future when needed.
