The store told me to log it with Corsair support so I have done that now.

My right chair arm has just done exactly the same thing. I just logged it with the online store I purchased it from as its still under warranty.

Hi I'm new to the forums. Glad this problem is being looked at. I got my Strafe and Scimitar RGB combo just before the holidays and had nothing but problems with this bug. Still the hardware is great and I know Corsair have what it takes to improve the software with all its glitches.
