  1. Anyone with legal experience wanna try and help us form a class action suit? this seems like the type of thing there should be legal repercussions for. I've had a broken product for 9 months and the fact I have no recourse other than to leave a negative review (that they probably won't even care about at this point) really leaves me feeling powerless. I wrote a negative review within about a month or so of buying my H100i Platinum and I'm still feeling pretty powerless.
  2. I'm with you. I'd like very much for an explanation as to why I've had a broken product for 8 months, the curiosity is literally eating me alive.
  3. I'm absolutely with you. Why is it so difficult to get an answer from you people? It's now been an issue for 6 months. This is kind of a huge deal. Either give me a fix or take your broken product back, this has been an issue for almost 6 months now. I haven't been able to use my cooler with your software managing it since I built this PC. This has been an incredibly negative experience. 3/10, do not buy.
  4. same, was promised a fix today via a redditor, no word yet. Come on guys...
  5. Bump, seconding for USB disconnects. I have disconnected my H100i from USB and hooked the fans to my mobo headers, which stopped the disconnects for a bit, but whenever I actually launch iCue I get a USB disconnect noise anyways, and don't actually know what disappears.
  6. That's what I was doing, but at this point I am so frustrated with the lack of response on this that I have reverted to the stock Ryzen 7 cooler. For comparison's sake, are your rad fans being operated off MOBO headers, or the pump's fan headers? I was having mine run off the mobo, just curious how your work-around is configured for my own reference
  7. Update for iCue was released today, no mention of a fix. Pretty cheesed off, this is ridiculous. System-killing bug and we still can't get a fix, or even an update on how the fixing is coming. Better off with air cooling I guess.
  8. Update released for iCue today, no mention of a fix for the cooler issues. Well?? We're waiting!
  9. Are we gonna get an update on this? I've got a new one that's being RMA'd to me now, if we don't have a response soon, I'm gonna sell it and buy a competitor's cooler. This is beyond ridiculous that we've been waiting on a fix for this for a month at this point. Really failing the accord on this one guys, at least let us know what the heck is going on. No news is not good news.
  10. This is literally my fear with this bug, I just got a 2700X build off the ground and this is a bug that could potentially kill a system. Corsair support is trying to get me to RMA my hardware, claiming that's somehow the issue, despite me sending them links to multiple threads with people with the same issue. Personally I'm going to buy a different cooler that doesn't rely on software that's written by folks who can't troubleshoot their own code. I don't blame anyone else who is as frustrated as me about this bug, the response time on this issue is really unacceptable. Will not be buying cooling products from Corsair in the future.
  11. Bumping as well, this is ridiculous. this is causing me massive temperature issues on my pc and the fact I'm having my system's integrity put at risk because they shipped buggy software is mind-blowing to me
  12. I'm having the same issue, H100i RGB Platinum. As soon as iCue starts, I start getting usb connected/disconnected notification noises. every time that the disconnect noise plays, I hear the fans on the radiator shut off (and I'm reasonably sure the pump shuts off as well, given it seems to be managed through iCue). The fans will start to spin back up, and then the disconnect noise plays again and it all shuts right back off. It's affecting my temperatures, and I fear for the safety of my CPU, should I put it under load. Drivers are all installed at this point, only thing I haven't updated is the BIOS, but this seems to be a fairly common issue. I need a fix, asap, please...
