My headset randomly started not being able to power on. Read some forums about possibly in bootloader, so I forced the firmware update. After updating, the headset turns on and works while plugged in...however, right when I unplug the charging cable, it turns off and only way to turn back on is to force update again. I've searched and tried everything ..held mute for 20 seconds, tried different port...ive only used this headset a handful of times, so its pretty much new. Any ideas?????
