I still have no fix & no one has sent me the latest firmware update after asking for my email address.

I just installed Commander Pro with added RGB light strips. 1. Commander Pro is not displaying in ICUE. 2. RGB Light strips are not on and also not in ICE. Please help.

Still waiting in a fix on this nothing has worked.

It's stuck on V1.07.123 the new update is V3.21.

Tried that still fails. I have also tried uninstalling icue and reinstalling same thing fail update of the firmware.

I have been trying for sometime to get this update to take but always fails I have tried looking for the firmware update on the Corsair website but nothing ? How do I get this update to work or were is the firmware update on the corsair website to manually install the update. K95 RGB Platinum
